Our 3-day workshops combine anatomy-led presentations, cadaver-leg practical work, demonstrations and supported learning. Tell us about your area, possible facilities and local contacts so the HM team can consider whether a workshop may be viable.

What a workshop needs

Presentation space

A suitable indoor teaching area with seating, electricity and space for presentations and group discussion.

Practical working area

A separate suitable area for cadaver-leg practical work, with appropriate surfaces, access and arrangements for safe working and cleaning.

Local support

Local knowledge, an interested equine community and contacts who may be able to assist HM with lawful sourcing, storage and disposal arrangements for cadaver material.

Requirements for sourcing, transporting, storing and disposing of cadaver material vary between countries and regions. HM must assess and approve all arrangements before a workshop can be confirmed. Potential hosts should not obtain cadaver material merely because they have submitted this form.
