Who this policy applies to
This policy applies only to bookings for in-person HM workshops. It does not apply to online courses, subscriptions (including Phoenix Academy), merchandise or consultations.
Workshops are provided by Natural Equine Management Limited, trading as Hoofing Marvellous (company number 12236633, VAT number GB336632206). Registered office: Unit 2G Redwither Tower, Redwither Business Park, Wrexham, LL13 9XT, United Kingdom.

If you cancel your booking
Standard-price bookings
- At least 8 weeks before the workshop
- Full refund
- Less than 8 weeks but at least 4 weeks before
- 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before
- No discretionary cancellation refund
Returning-attendee bookings at the 50% rate
There is no discretionary cancellation refund for bookings made at the returning-attendee rate.
Transferring your booking
Where available and agreed with us, customers with standard-price or returning-attendee bookings may, instead of cancelling:
- transfer their booking to another HM workshop taking place within 1 year of the original workshop date; or
- transfer their payment towards another HM learning experience.

If HM cancels a workshop
If we cancel a workshop, every customer, including those who booked at the returning-attendee rate, may choose either:
- a full refund of the amount paid for the workshop; or
- an agreed transfer.
This applies however close to the workshop date the cancellation happens. A transfer replaces the refund; customers receive one or the other, not both.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any legal right to cancel and any remedies if a workshop is not provided as described or with reasonable care and skill. Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.
How to cancel or request a transfer
Email workshops@hoofingmarvellous.net with your name, the workshop you booked and your order reference. We will confirm receipt in writing.
