2. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, its forms or other visitors’ use of it.

3. Our educational content

The articles, photographs, radiographs, videos, graphics and other material on this website are owned by or licensed to HM. You are welcome to view them and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish, sell or adapt our material without our written permission.

This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright law.

4. Education, not individual assessment

The material on this website is general education. It is not an assessment of your horse and is not a substitute for individual advice from a qualified professional who has examined your horse. Individual support is arranged separately through our Find Professional Support page.

Each equine’s condition, history and circumstances require individual consideration. We do not guarantee any rehabilitation result or any particular learning outcome from our content, workshops or courses.

5. Booking and learning platforms

Some links take you to Shopify, LearnWorlds or other platforms used to deliver bookings, purchases and learning. The relevant HM purchase or enrolment terms, including the seller, price and what is included, will be presented before you book or pay. The platform provider’s own terms and privacy information may also apply to your use of its services.

6. Workshops

In-person HM workshops are booked through our booking pages. Cancellation, transfer and refund terms for in-person workshops are set out in our Workshop Cancellations & Refunds policy.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Enquiries and complaints

If you have a question or are unhappy with something, please email info@hoofingmarvellous.net and we will do our best to resolve it. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest version above.

Updates to these website terms do not automatically change the terms of a booking or purchase you have already made. That booking or purchase remains governed by the terms presented to you when you made it, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
